To support the development of Hong Kong as a scientific research hub, the BOCHK SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION PRIZE is honoured to celebrate its Laureates (individual or group) of 2023 in four award fields: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Life and Health, New Materials and New Energy, and Advanced Manufacturing. Each of the Laureates will be awarded with a cash prize and a trophy, a certificate of recognition, and a public lecture on their achievements.
Each year, the Hong Kong Prize recognizes individuals who exemplify the true spirit of humanity and strive to create a better world. These people demonstrate the values of charity, civic awareness and goodwill in their daily lives, inspiring us to emulate their deeds. Since 2007, over 90 individuals have been honoured for their invaluable humanitarian contributions in ‘Protecting human life, Caring for the vulnerable’ and ‘Respecting human dignity’.
